Experimental Cuisine Collective - 18 January, 2012

It is a honor to be presenting a lecture on 18 January, 2012 to the Experimental Cuisine Collective at NYU. For the past five years we have been pushing the boundaries of what the guest/host interaction could look like outside and inside of a restaurant.

It will be a short presentation on a selection of our past events and the ideas that lead to those events. Then I will lead a interactive discussion with attendees about the future of immersive and experiential social dining, ideation, and problem solving to make the ridiculous concept that you always thought impossible, possible and then have it greatly exceed your expectations.
